Helping you with pain, from your head to your toes

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injection Therapy

PRP Injection Therapy is often used to relieve joint pain, osteoarthritis, sprains, strains, carpel tunnel syndrome, chronic pain and injuries around the body.

The blood of the patient will be drawn and then processed in a centrifuge in order to separate the platelet rich plasma which is then re-injected into the patients joint, tendon, tissue or muscle.

The aim of PRP Injection Therapy is to:

  • Reduce pain
  • Reduce inflammation
  • Improve movement of the joint
  • Rejuvenate cells and repair tissue damage

In order to have any form of injection therapy, a consultation with our GP Dr Banerjee is needed to see if this is a suitable course of treatment for each individual patients needs.
