Prior to treatment patients are thoroughly assessed in order to diagnose the cause of your problem and provide you with an effective treatment plan which is structured to take into account your lifestyle, leisure activities and overall general health.

 you may well be given exercise programmes that you can do between treatment sessions or if required referred to other medical specialists e.g Podiatrist to incorporate their combined expertise in helping to manage and treat your condition.
