Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow is experienced as pain on the outer aspect of the elbow. It is aggravated by repeated activity like gripping. This may be felt in racket sports (when gripping the racket), or in work-related activities (computer use / typing, carpenters / mechanics gripping tools). There may be an associated weakness or morning stiffness.


Tennis elbow is a repetitive overuse injury due to a chronic inflammation of the wrist extensors muscles and tendons.
