Meet The Chiropractor

DR TOMER  GILBOA,  Chiropractor

a  biography

It is amazing how humans seem perfectly adapted to standing upright, yet suffer all the underlying ailments and aches of modern society. Is there a design flaw in our bodies that needs fine tuning? Are these the legacies of our development, the scars of evolution? Chiropractic optimises the body's natural healing mechanisms to help the body heal these problematic areas as naturally as possible.

Meet Tomer Gilboa, Doctor of Chiropractic.

An evolutionary anthropologist turned chiropractor, it was natural for Tomer to progress from the Human Evolution & Behaviour masters from UCL, to Chiropractic, mastered at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic under some of the world's leading chiropractic lecturers. He benefits from a Mediterranean diet and plenty of water, and keeps fit with martial arts and basketball. He most enjoys spending time at home with his wife and 2 daughters.

He is a member of the British Chiropractic Association, the General Chiropractic Council and the College of Chiropractors.

An experienced and confident chiropractor who is also enthusiastic and motivated, he has good patient communication skills – a most important tool. Tomer is a good, honest chiropractor and a caring practitioner, who can adapt to the needs of his patients.  He feels it is essential to get the patient better. The type of chiropractic he practises is mainly “diversified technique” – based on restoring the normal biomechanics of the body as a whole from the feet up and head down.

Tomer treats patients from all aspects – biomechanics, ergonomics, posture, nutrition, and psychological side of patients - with each making up a part of the whole, and all being interconnected. Today's world can put stresses on the body of people of all ages; these can be treated properly if you just take the time to look, listen and examine - with an open mind and a sharp eye.

So come in and let's see if you can take out some of the unhealthy effects of nurture while leaving just the nature !!
